Only then will your graphic be given to you in full resolution for your use. At this point, the elements you’ve used will be totaled up and you will be asked to pay for them. Once you’ve created and finalized your design, then you can click to generate the full infographic. You have free access to the entire library to create your design. You don’t have to buy the element in order to use it. They just have to do these things, you know, for other people. All elements with fees attached will have watermarks on them while you’re working with them, to prevent you from stealing them. This money is split between Canva and the artist that created the element, as a royalty payment for using that image. You can also change colors of specific parts of the elements, or the element as a whole, depending on that specific element. You can change size, position, rotation, and transparency. When you add an asset, you can manipulate it in various ways. You have your blank image file, and you can add assets to it. Rather, you should use them for layout and design inspiration. Obviously, you won’t want to take their base infographics and use them unedited. They’re essentially infographics that have been created already using the Canva assets library.
